Purchased the bike from a friend and started out as a standard 2014 Specaialized Hotrock 20. Here's a link to what the original looked like: http://www.bikeroar.com/products/specialized/hotrock-20-6-speed-boys-20…

Modified it with the parts for my son, keeping the blue color. Once he outgrew the bike and my daughter started riding it, I thought it was time for an upgrade. I fully stripped the bike and did the following:

1. Full teardown and removal of parts
2. Removed V-Brake frame mounts and any additional cable mounts or useless frame mounts.
3. Sanded and stripped frame
4. Primed frame
5. Painted frame Hyper White
6. Bottom bracket rebuild
7. Fork rebuild
8. Headset rebuild
9. Hubs rebuilt
10. Original brakes were a set of White Juicy Avid 3s and I traded them out for a new set of ZOOM 160mm which have a reach adjustment that's fully in.
11. Brake bleed
12. New Jagwire cable and cable housing
13. New PC-951 Chain
14. Removed black finish on chainring to make it silver
15. Added decals and clear coat
