Last Call with Sam Schultz and Myles Trainer
There’s something magical about getting above the tree line and biking through the alpine. The views seem endless, the air clearer, and the trails are shared only with the local wildlife. But the season for alpine riding never lasts long, and as summer turns to fall, the urge to head up for one last mission gets stronger.
In October, 7mesh ambassadors Sam Schultz and Myles Trainer headed out into their backyard in the Cascade mountains of Washington for one final fall alpine ride. Matthew Clark of Stirl & Rae Media Haus came along to document the expedition in “Last Call”, capturing the spectacular autumn colours and flowing singletrack through the epic mountain scenery.
“Last Call” is a reminder of what makes the alpine so special and something to hold onto through the winter months while dreaming of spring and the next time the big mountain adventure season returns.
