That's why you take your dog riding. Dog confronts bear while I keep riding and they work it out.

Every time I ride in the woods, I end up having to fight off 3 or 4 feral bears. Global warming.....get use to it.

Fake, yup. Go to 12seconds in then, slowly advance frames best you can. At 13 seconds after bear passes tree, you can see a perfect pic of bear while everything is blurred do to movement. Then at 56seconds you can see the drag marks where they or he moved the tree onto the gravel road.

Sorry to be so harsh, but anyone who thinks this is real is an absolute moron. Not going to bother spending my time typing out all the reasons but seriously...... here is one hint... look how bright the bear is while it is chasing him... I'm disappointed

I know. Nothing else in that video is bright. I like how the guy edited the bear reacting to the gunshot and running off. I also like how cheap a bike he has but somehow has expensive multi-angle footage of a bear jogging, standing, turning, reacting to a gun shot... and then all the video editing equipment. You can see the fragmented bear even in the blur movements. Pretty good editing. Maybe why he has such a cheap bike. Oh yeah, DOWN WITH FAT BIKES or something too.

You guys should either site your source or admit it is real. Watch it with the sound. It was a tree limb on the trail and he panicked, ran, and the bear only stopped for a second and then there was a gunshot that made it run. Bears will play and toy around, as well as merely chase you out of their area. It was in no way aggressively trying to get the man or running at full speed. And to the "I would have done this" people: You have to remember in real life you have no 20/20 hindsight like you do on a computer! You react and it's not always rational or well thought out.
