Andreu Lacondeguy likes to go big, and go fast. As big and as fast as anybody, basically. Riding for YT Industries, the natural choice for the 2014 Red Bull Rampage was the company's Tues 2.0 DH bike. I hope Lacondeguy crushes it this year. I dont understand why he hasn't won in previous years. He might not have that 'one trick', but he sure as hell throws down a helluva show top to bottom. Everyone that's won recently seemed to have that 'one trick' that seems to rake in all the points. Maybe i dont understand the points system,but outside of that 'one trick', their runs are relatively indistinct from other runs. Andreu throws down hard and mixes it up all over the place. i hope its his year. The dude deserves it.

On top of him throwing down hard, has he ever been majorly injured? That's just as impressive these days, with how big they are going.

Wouln't hold my breath. Godziek just barely made it down the mountain (not that I would be better), threw the flip and it got him 3rd

I'm not really sure what your talking about with regards to. 'One trick' winners recently. That may have been the case back in 2010 with Zzinks 360 of the oakley drop but it certainly wasn't the case the past two years. The only trick strait did last year was the no hander if the big drop. He won because he took a big steep like, hit the biggest drop, and did it completely smooth. Not because of one trick.

Same for Sorge the year before. He did do any tricks until the bottom sections where he threw a superman and a backflip. He too won mainly because he road a gnarly line and did it smooth and fast.

Sorge's ride i might agree on, but straits and zinks.. sorry, still not as exciting. As close to one trick scores as they come.

Sounds like somebody is determined to not finish in 4th. That would be one way to remedy that. Damn!
