One-off weapon! Steve Smith's custom Devinci for the 2013 World Champs. It features 165mm rear travel, a reduced BoXXer with 175mm, 27.5-inch wheels and geometry and settings at sag that match his Wilson DH bike. Designed by Dave Weagle, this machine is ready for the task at hand.

Yeah looks ok, dam it I was banking on Stevie winning here, riding a new bike he's not familiar with no matter how much practice is a backwards step, when ya winning ya don't mess with success coming off the win at MTSA Crankworks DH, Canadian DH doing this um don't like it, Syndicate looking good to repeat, I remember this same shit happening at Crankworks and looked how that turned out, all top 3 bikes were proper DH bikes, BOOM SC 1n2 still best WC because Peaty won, I really was confident on SS doing it here on the Wilson, dam you 27.5!

FWIW Smith won the Crankworkx Air DH this year on another brand new bike ( DeVinci Troy ), so hopefully he won't have any trouble jumping on another new rig. It does seem like a risky move though.

God bless them, this is really the spirit of World's. Maximum attack, pull out all the stops. Its also one of the beauties of still doing your alloy work domestically. You can do one-off custom projects like this a lot easier. Props to Devinci, go gettem Chainsaw!

I feel like the concept of this bike is very much like the Banshee Darkside. Obviously suspension design is different but visually/purpose seem close'ish. Love the look of them both.
