Sven noticed something rad while going through his photos from Mont Sainte Anne DH practice today. Rachel Atherton was on a rear air shock on her GT Fury DH bike. The only thing we know is that this shock is similar to what the Syndicate was trying out at Fort William. Will they race it? We'll know tomorrow!

Looks like a DHX Air. I'm sure they are changing the Damping, but come on Fox, I doubt it will be as good a DH air shock as the High volume layout found on the DB air, Vivid air, Swinger Pro, and Void. Until Fox makes an air shock that has a body that is very different from their enduro offering, I'm not really interested. Only way to change my mind is to have a shootout between this Prototype (once it is in production) and a DB Air or Void. Just my opinion though.
