Moving to the wagon wheels in 2018 for my Enduro/Trail rig. So far, I am very impressed with the way the Sight 29er handles. Coming from 27.5" there was no learning curve for me. The bike rails corners and is very easy to pull the front end up.
I did learn on my first ride I would need to drop the front ring down to a 30 tooth over the 32 tooth. I was not able to find my cadence climbing and it threw me off.
Boyd Cycling's Ridgeline Carbon 29er wheelset is well above expectations. Stiff, but has just the right amount of flex when you want it due to the flat blade spokes. The engagement on the rear Quest hub crazy fast and spot on with any "Known High End Brands" on the market . Check them out at www.boydcycling.com.
Race Face Next R Bars and Cranks meet expectations as the Race Face brand has always done.
Sram GX Eagle drive train is crisp when shifting and is great to have the big ring in the back when needed to climb some of the steep Pisgah mountains.
Continental Der Kaiser Projekts 2.4 29er tires provide all the grip you will ever need. Yes, they are a little on the heavier side, but well worth knowing you have a tire that provides great grip and will not fail you in the rough stuff.
