One off post mount 140mm single speed dropout. The Ti tread inserts have been drilled out on both sides to save weight.

Understated and strong build. Parts chosen for strenght not weight.
All one of parts designed and cut from billet aw7075 alluminium by me. Started with the chainring. Then dropouts because I could never understand why framebuilders didn't go for postmount. Then came the stem, cause I knew i could do it. Last DIY projekt was the hubs. started with a brakeless straight pull front hub, because straight pull is stronger and cooler and brakeless because never seen a DJ with front brakes. Rear hub was a bit more of a chalange, But found out wich hub i wanted to base it on. And it had to be straight pull to match the front and single speed again never seen a DJ whith gears. Took forever.....
