Still trolling @Stinngya? I thought you were saving your coin? I recommend you go ride your bike instead of keyboard shredding homie. It is a lot more fun bro. Wish you actually knew how much our client loves that bike you continue to hate and troll on. He's faster and having more fun on it every time he gets out on another ride. He is why we build these kick ass bikes. With all the opinions on @Reed1 new dream bike BOD post, we are just super stoked about his new sick build and not worried about what others want to pick apart.

do the chainring splines on the cranks force the chainring graphics to be upside down when the right crank is forward?

Not to be disagreeable, but I have a Yeti SB 5.5 with a nearly identical build. Similar wheels (DT 1200/30), Similar burly tires, lighter pedals, and everything else is within a few grams. Those wheels are 1550 grams - crazy light by any standard.

Mine weighs 26.9 lbs with pedals on 2 different scales. I rather doubt the SB130 is a 9.1 lb. frame, thus the question...

Maybe his mini-tool weighs 2.5 lbs?

Nicely spec'd bike though, eh?

Just a hair over 30 pounds for large frame with pedals and bottle/cage seems completely appropriate. Yes he has carbon wheels but those rims are wide and not substantially lighter than some alu choices. He’s got a more robust build. 2.5 tires, despite not being DD casing are still a bit porty. Also no carbon bars.

Cane Creek flipped the bolt orientation on their cranks. Chainrings can't be upside down... only backwards LOL

Bike is exactly 30 pounds. Your scale is drunk. No way the stock SB5.5 XO1 build is 26.9. My 4.5 was 27.5...

Great attention to detail, but surely, a bike that looks that good should have a frame protection kit applied to it as regret is a terrible thing.

Which is good, personally here in the UK the default protection kit is www.invisiframe.co.uk it covers the complete frame, nothing worse than heel scuffs on your rear dropouts or anywhere else when the inevitable happens, the kits are available in Matt, Gloss, or sateen, worth a look to protect such a great bike.

It’s under 30 with out the pedals and bottle cage/tool. But you need those things to ride so I weigh it as I would ride it!

Dude, no way that build weighs 30+, even if the frameset weighs 7 lbs. Sure you don't have a scale issue?
