I read somewhere that when you put the Vivid Air on some frames, you have to run more sag then you do on a coil shock just to get full travel out of it. Have you had to do this?

Well, I wasn't expecting that, though that doesn't sound too bad. Maybe add some volume spacers to the air can to make a more progressive spring rate, if you find that the ride gets too harsh when you add air.
