How did you get this bike?
Eric Carter, who was on Mongoose at the time, had a meeting with me midway through 2005 when I was on Turner. There was actually discussion about getting me on Mongoose mid-year in 2005. It was a big deal to have E.C. believe in me, but I was not one to drop current sponsors. We worked out my first, real factory salary deal for 2006 with Mongoose.
What was your favorite thing about it?
It pedalled and jumped so well!
