Gotta be a pull shock. Or a poorly-assembled bike. Also, crap housing routing for the rear mech and questionable stem length on the rear wheel air valve.

The "this side up" label printed on link was adhered to as closely as USPS does with their boxes containing the same message. It's crazy that it even fits in the frame upside down like that.

Correct, but you only get 1 pt for ruining the fun too quickly. Interestingly enough, a different link can also be fitted to run a conventional shock as well.
