That, and they use a proprietary pull shock which makes way more sense than a push shock. Think of a short piece of rope. Try to compress it and it bends to the side. Now try to pull it longer and it goes straight. My friend who works at Rock Shox said that they were working on a new pull shock design and I drew up a design for a pull shock DH frame in anticipation. Then this Enduro monster came around and put an end to that project. Damn.
