In March, 2011 when MRP and SRAM announced a collaboration we first learned that MRP was working on a new 2X guide. Up until now, they have been displaying rebranded MRP G2 SL guides whenever the collab was mentioned. This is the first shot of the real deal (minus some graphics, of course).
The MRP 2X chainguide is intended for 2X setups, and availability is planned for late July, 2011. Two sizes (36-38t & 39-42t) and three mounting options will be available (ISCG, ISCG-05, and BB). It uses MRP's patented replaceable skid and a new patent-pending pulley system. Watch for more details in the near future.
