Hmmm. graves is using the left shifter as his dropper remote. Interesting. Does that mean that when he 'up shifts' it keep the seat post in the open position and he has to 'down shift' to lock it in place? What's the advantage to using the shifter instead of the dropper remote? Maybe he just doesn't like the terrible ergonomics of the Thomson remote.

my guess is that the shifter is modified, the internals changed and any click or lock removed so it acts like most dropper remotes.
