In between races in Colorado, I was invited on a shoot with Alex Rankin and Minnaar. Greg was on his Honda RN-01 and this was really the first time I saw the thing up close and personal. Greg wouldn't say anything about the bike, but at the time (whether it was true or not), I was told it was valued at over $50,000 as rolled down to the trails. Minnaar cruised the jumps, no problem and found a step up/fly-out hit and tried to 360 the thing. He ejected and the bike went flopping on the ground. I shit myself, thinking he just ejected at $50k bike! He didn't seem to care, the bike was fine and he tried about 200 of these Supermans for me. Either I couldn't get the timing right or he was going frog-legged. We stopped trying after a while because he was frustrated I couldn't get it dialed LOL. For the record, he clicked them with straight legs.
