2 years in the making, the Riot Link is based on a floating shock design intended to provide a leverage ratio that changes dramatically throughout the travel. The upper rocker provides most of the suspension action during the first 80% of the travel, with the lower link kicking in at the end of the stroke. The first 30% of travel is falling rate, to ensure a stable pedaling platform and good sensitivity at the sag point. From 30 to 80% of travel, the behavior is quite linear, whilst the final 20% of travel sees the leverage ratio turn very progressive in order to improve bottom out control and resistance to big hits.
