Stop #4 of the KHS Bicycles / Free Agent BMX Outlaws of Dirt Fed by Rev'd goes off at 5050 Skatepark.
The 4th stop of the KHS Bicycles / Free Agent BMX Outlaws of Dirt Fed by Rev'd was an epic good time on July 12th at 5050Skatepark in Staten Island, New York. Ed Pollio the owner of 5050Skatepark built a killer course with the help of Pro riders Adam Hauck and Ethan Solomkin. The course had 4 hits including the Batwing berm and featured a line through and out of a dumpster. The course was laid out in the backyard of 5050Skatepark in what amounts to a junkyard for the body shop next door. The atmosphere was nothing but fun and 100% New York. Urban, grimy and a great time.
The riders were killing the course and threw down despite the heat. Congrats to all of the podium winners and thanks to all of the riders who came out to support the event. This event will be back bigger and even better in 2015.
Whenever in New York make sure to visit 5050Skatepark at 354 Front st in Staten Island. Ed Pollio's park is the only indoor spot in New York City and is a guaranteed good time. Get more info on hours, rates and location at 5050skatepark.com.
