By using a new proprietary carbon layup process that allows the bars to be formed in a single layup pass instead of the typical three piece assembly, Loaded has drastically reduced the weight of their carbon bars. These weigh in at just 114 grams, which may be the lightest to ever hit the market. The process starts with a custom molded piece of styrofoam, which is then hand wrapped with the UD nano infused carbon layers. When the bars cure, the styrofoam melts and evaporates, much like napalm. They far exceed CE testing standards. 680 (15mm rise) and 710mm (flat) widths are available with a 6-degree backsweep and 9-degree upsweep. They're pricey at $239, but the weight and lifetime warranty make up for it.
