Panaracer's FirePro series is an update to the original Fire tire. It incorporates a dual compound rubber into the side knobs that help the tire dig in and grip better than before. The tire is available in 27.5" and 29" sizes with a 2.35" width. It uses an aramid bead with weights starting at 810g. Panaracer actually uses a softer compound in the center to improve traction while pedaling up and braking. They are able to get away with this without much worry about durability due to the aggressive tread pattern.
