It was one of those days of anticipation. All the big pros had some gnarly tricks lined up, but bobble and crashes higher up on the course prevented the super-gnar from going down. One his first run, Sam backflipped the 60-footer, but came up short, ejecting just in time. He was fine, his bike wasn't and he never took another run.
