#USDH. The days leading up to the race weekend were a little stressful. Would anyone actually drive three hours into the middle of nowhere to watch a World Cup DH race? We clearly found out that the answer to that question was a resounding "YES," and not just anyone, but the majority were die-hard fans and curious locals who quickly became fans. On race day the track was lined with animated fans chanting "USA, USA, USA," and whenever an American was coming down, a roar of applause and cheers followed them from the start gate to the finish line. It was refreshing, it was fun, it was USDH. Enjoy photos of our countrymen and women who raced at Snowshoe. For a lot of the young guns, this was their first World Cup. While not all of them made it to the big show, they tasted the energy are hungry for more. Bring on 2020!
