WickWerks Z-Ring

Interbike 2015

The new WickWerks Z-Ring uses the narrow-wide concept, but goes one step further by using an off-set tooth pattern. What you see in the photo is mirrored on the other side, but offset by one tooth. This essentially creates a wavy-style chainring with teeth that go side to side slightly. WickWerks claims that the chain can go over any tooth and is not just restricted to one orientation based on the chainlink width. The chainring is made from AL-7075 T6, and is protected with a wear-resistant hard-anodization.
