Nico Lau took his Cube Stereo 140 C:68 29er to victory at the Trans-Provence. For the six-day epic event, Nico raced the 29-inch-wheeled bike for the first time and it proved successful. He ran a Shimano XTR Di2 electronic-shifting 2x drivetrain...yep, he used a front derailleur. Throw in some serious stopping power of Shimano Saint Brakes and you have a setup that was custom-tailored to Nico's Trans-Provence needs.
