Australian brand, Zelvy, is making some pretty tech carbon bits like these Brake Lite disc rotors. Featuring a carbon spider and stealth ceramic alloy braking surface, the brake rotors are said to drop roughly 50g per disc compared to a traditional stainless steel rotor. With the required organic pads, braking performance is said to be on par with traditional rotors.
Zelvy also showed us these super nice-looking carbon wheels, which have one of the raddest finishes we’ve seen on a raw carbon wheel so far. At 460g per rim in the 36mm width pictured here, these rims look pretty burly and can accommodate tires all the way up to 3-inches wide.
