Maxxis left the iconic center strip of the Crossmark alone, but redesigned the intermediate and side-knobs in an effort to provide more traction and better braking. By tightly packing the center knobs, the Crossmark is said to roll fast over hard pack while the open side knob design is intended to improve cornering traction. The updated Crossmark II will be available in sizes 26x2.10 all the way up to 29x2.25 and will come with Maxxis’ dual compound rubber in both tubeless-ready and tubeless-ready / EXO configurations.
