Just watch out if you have shallow rims and use Cuchcore... The threaded portion of the E13 valve was too long and protruded 2-3mm past the valve's aluminium base, so the valve hole was pushing into the Cushcore foam and the air woulnd't come out. I had to de-bead my tire, get gummy hands, and I replaced the valve with another Cushcore valve. I'm using WTB Asym and KOM Tough rims and the 16-24mm (the shortest they sell) E13 valve tube was way too long.

It seems like a great valve, just not with an insert like that (unless you cut the threaded part so that the valve tube doesn't thread past the cuts in the aluminium base so that the air can flow sideways underneath the insert).
