Pietra Ligure Opens the New Trail Area of Ranzi

In the Finale Outdoor Region, it is once again news time. On this occasion, the key player Pietra Ligure is launching a new trail area with the help of two long-time MTB legends like Jérome Clementz and Tracy Moseley as testimonials and testers. Up until now, Pietra Ligure has embarked on the development of outdoor tourism by creating a trail network dedicated to mountain biking, with particular attention to e-bike use. The destination has several singletracks allocated just for this activity, some of which have already been used during the EWS-E world circuit 2020 and 2021. The new area of Ranzi, joins the other three areas currently available in the Pietrese territory: the area of Monte Carmo, the area of Val Maremola and the area of Monte Grosso. All of which have different qualities able to make the riding experience unique and fully enjoyable for diversified users during every season of the year. There are twelve trails ready to welcome you within the Ranzi area: Blu Pervinca, Trincea, Dolcenera, Scoglio di Venso, Gabri, Armuin, Foresto, CNC uphill, Tino Trail uphill, Sentiero Del Fieno uphill, Madonnina, Ranzi uphill. Every trail has been designed with e-mtb in mind, and rearranged with features and difficulties accessible even to novice and medium-level riders. Daniele Rembado, Pietra Ligure's Tourism Councilor said: "Ranzi area was originally created to both serve as a link between the town and the highest peak in the area, Monte Carmo, with its trails immersed in a very remote and wild nature, and also as a training place reachable in a few minutes from the sea. Thanks to the particular make-up of the terrain and the proximity to the sea - continues Rembado - in addition to offering remarkable glimpses and panoramas, Ranzi is also suitable for winter training, when the higher trails up in the mountains become less accessible". If you are planning a vacation or even a weekend on a mountain bike with friends or family, do not miss the opportunity to discover this pearl on the sea. In short, just do like Jerome and Tracy, come and try the new trail area of Ranzi! To discover the trail network of Pietrese and Val Maremola visit www.finaleoutdoor.com.
