Has anyone used the coffee grounds trick or similar? Seems like it'd work just fine for a weekend, but would it cause the sealant to dry out faster. I mean for us normal riders that take a year or more to wear out a tire.

I sometimes add pepper, I used to use glitter, but pepper or coffee grinds are a bit kinder if they end up on the trails. I can't say I've noticed it affecting how long the sealant lasts.

Is it designed to last longer or plug bigger holes? I thought having other shit in there allowed the sealant to goop onto other bits and effectively be bigger.

I actually think Marsh is just doing it for the camera to mess with people. In his head he's probably just laughing his butt off at all the people that are going to try it just because they saw it online. That's a one use tire so he could put dog poop in it with the sealant wouldn't make much difference
