Tucson is a sprawling city that sits at the base of one of the American Southwest’s most venerable mountains: Mount Lemmon. Between the Sonoran Desert and Lemmon, there is more terrain to ride than most people can wrap their heads around, which is why there are two dedicated and enterprising advocacy groups that call Tucson home: TORCA and SDMB. Maxxis and Stans No Tubes athlete, Brice Shirbach, heads to the desert for a better look at what these two organizations do and he gets a firsthand taste of the trails that keep them motivated to continue with their efforts.
