The Chilean Andes mountains are well known as one of the best places in the world for Mountain Biking

For three consecutive years, Andes Pacifico has provided an excellent option for mountain bikers to visit Chile and enjoy excellent trails alongside the best riders of the Enduro World Series.

The Santa Cruz Andes Pacifico is an Enduro competition that lasts five days with liaisons and special stages that transverse the Chilean geography.

The mission is to show Chile and the ancestral singletracks made by Indians and Cowboys from the Andes to the Pacific Ocean.

For 2016, the organizers added a fifth day which combine the best trails from the two previous years. So, it will be a tough race.

Andes Pacifico has had the participation of great riders like Jerome Clementz, Nico Lau, Fabien Barel, Chris Johnston and many more.

Fabien Barel
The Andes Pacifico definitely has some wonderful scenery, good organization and incredible terrain for riding. I think the cordiality and hospitality of the organizers is the key to this event.

This competition begins at 3600 meters and crosses westward over ten valleys of different geographies, landscapes and vegetation to reach the Pacific Ocean. After 5 days riders descend about 12,000 vertical meters.

Iago Garay
I have attended the two previous years and the landscapes and trails are incredible.

During these five days riders are challenged with trails of high technical and physical difficulty and isolated geographies, where mental strength is key to finish this competition.

Jerome Clementz
Part of the fun of this race is that it is difficult and it is tough on your body.

Nate Hills
I raced in 2014 and it was my favorite race of the year.

Fred Glo
It's an adventure, you come across and talk to many different people, it is very interesting, is very enriching, these aspects are very important.

As in previous years the Santa Cruz Andes Pacifico Montenbaik Enduro is limited to 100 riders who are required to fill out an application describing their experience, physical and technical level, the riders will be approved to participate by the organization after reviewing the application.

Andes Pacifico will take place february 9th to the 13th of 2016.
As in previous years, the competition will begin at the Ski Village, La Parva very close to Santiago and end at the beach of Matanzas.

The registration fee is USD $1,600 USD + $ 65 application fee = $ 1,665 USD
