Ah I see the guy has finally developed some sense for colour coordination. That fender is very ugly though.

Anyhow, this is so very much not the right bike for the job and definitley the bike Norco needed to make for EWS racing. The Sight is perfectly good and I can understand why the Gerigs would rather stay on their Sights than swap over to the Range. It's just the wrong bike for Europe.

lol you guys are so funny, Richie Rude bike weighs in at 38lbs and it's an M. I've built my Range at 35lbs with tools and pedal on. Its within "Range" of other bikes.

Sounds like just people ready to jump on a hate train for anything. Go and ride your bike

Watching the Norco athletes struggle in Finale, I’m not sure a 38lb beast is the right call for EWS racing. I’m gonna assume this events transfers won’t be as tight though.

yup... besides Maes, any podiums?? Norco and Devinci riders struggling on EWS stages with the new bikes. In DH, I'm still not convinced after watching Troy and Loic. Higher the pivot, higher the profit!

So true, Reece, Vergier, Pierron, Daprela, Nicole, and few others have clearly been struggling with their HP bikes, pretty obvious.

I think two things are at play here.

1. Rude and Moir arn't on one so obviously they are trash bikes.
2. The rearward axle path does make it harder to generate speed from pumping. Ok on steep shit like most dh courses but maybe more tiring on long enduro days.
2b. People really need to get over the idea that bikes need to be light. It really makes no difference.
