DH, MX, and Rally Ripper Alex Fayolle Joins Polygon UR
When you get 10th at Val di Sole as a privateer, chances are you won't stay single...if proof is in the pudding, then Alex Fayolle's Xmas definitely just got a little bit sweeter!

The team has always wanted to help develop young talent, so as we begin to look towards 2016 the team will keep following that direction. With that in mind we are excited to introduce our newest rider:
Alexandre Fayolle is a 20-year-old Frenchman that scored a top 10 in Elite at the last World Cup in Val Di Sole this past season. Alex, with a background in MX and Rally, is known for his wild and fearless style, and it's not for nothing that he won Sven Martin’s yearly prize of the unofficial “ Fastest Privateer of the year “ in the 2015 World Cup series.
Alex, who is part of an exciting generation of French talent explains:
"My passion for speed and mechanical sports came from my Dad. Since I was a kid he always took me to watch rallying and at 4 he offered me my first moto! Since then I became a speed junky! I always push harder and harder, racing my mountain bike or training on my motorbike or rally car. I'm really proud and excited to be supported by a team such as Polygon UR."
Team owner Fabien Cousiné:
"If you've been on the side of World Cup tracks then you cannot have missed Alexandre because he is so wild! There are a lot of people that are winning practice, but when you finish top 10 as a privateer at Val di Sole, you definitely have something special.
On the team, we all want to have fun and live the dream, but world cup downhill racing is not a holiday. No matter what a rider’s social media accounts are looking like, if you want to be at the top there is just one option - work harder than the others. Alex has a real dedication and hunger that the best racers all have.
Personally, I will plan to help Alex with his English. I’ve told him I will cut his supply of baguettes until he steps it up a little bit more!"
