True story. Being as he's so big, he carves such big arcs, brakes early, and generally smoothes out the trail so much, it doesn't look like he's doing much work or going that fast. But he is going fast. Really, really fast.

So true. I grew up round the corner from Steve and he used to ride in the local wood with a train of 50 little kids all storking him. We were all sprinting like mad and he just seamed to freewheel off into the distance like he was on a motorbike
