I had the pleasure of watching Charlie and a couple of his friends fly by me yesterday, on this very same trail. I'll never bomb Stairstep the way they do, but I think I will try some of their lines next time I drop in. They are nice young men who cheered me on when I was coming down, even though I'm a slow old fart.
