Cascade Components V4 Tallboy Link

The Tallboy is potentially the epitome of "down-country" bike. Solid pedaling and geometry that doesn't shy away from descending when it's pointed downhill. Our Tallboy link takes that ability to descend and pushes it even further without having any impact on the bike's ability to pedal. By increasing the progression to 32% from 26%, the Tallboy is able to glide over roots even better and absorb larger hits without blowing through its travel. The 8 mm increase in travel feels good going down, but is actually a biproduct of the leverage curve change. It's not the total amount of travel, but how the travel is managed and that's what our Tallboy link brings to the table. For those of you who like jumping this bike, the change to the leverage curve also brings more mid-stroke support, which makes boosting higher even easier.
