Cascade Components Levo SL Link (2020-2023)

Our link for the Levo SL gives the suspension 70% more progression, as well as a 5mm travel increase. This allows the bike to be run with a stiff enough spring to prevent harsh bottom outs, without having to compromise on small bump sensitivity or ride height. For riders on air shocks, fewer volume spacers can be used to achieve the same bottom out resistance, which opens up a wider usable range for those dealing with lots of volume spacers as well. As a result, the suspension can handle larger hits better than ever while maintaining loads of traction in rough terrain. The Levo SL link truly maximizes the bike’s descending capabilities.

The link maintains the stock ride height of the bike. In doing so, it leaves the Levo SL’s pedaling performance unaffected. This means all the added descending performance doesn’t come at a cost when it comes to pedaling performance.

The Levo SL link opens up more room for tuning as well. By making the suspension no longer reliant on things like damping, volume spacers, or progressive springs to avoid bottom outs, they have a larger usable range since they don’t need to be kept around a certain value for bottom outs. For example, compression damping can be backed off to make the shock more active over small bumps since it no longer has to be relied on to keep the bike from blowing through its travel.
