Park Tool BBT-30.4

If you have a press fit bottom bracket you are probably going to need to replace it at some point. Not saying that press fit BBs are bad… actually yes I am saying that haha. Anyways this handy tool allows you to tap out the bearings on your press fit frame and in a way that (if you are careful) does not damage the bearing like more creative methods might. Although I do not have extensive experience with this tool, the few times I have used it went off without a hitch. It comes with two adaptors depending on the BB you have, and especially if you work in a shop setting is the way to go. A bit pricey for what it does, but since it has worked every time I have used it and not caused damage to the bearings I am not complaining. My recommendation, buy a bike with a threaded bottom bracket, but if you have to get a press fit BB out, this tool will get the job done.
