It was only a matter of time before Trek's Remedy 29 went carbon, and it appears as though that time has come...
Justin Leov posted this snapshot on his Instagram account teasing us with the new bike, just in time for the second stop of the Enduro World Series.
We had a blast on the aluminum Remedy 29, which has 140mm of rear wheel travel and adjustable geometry that yields a 67.5-degree head angle, 13.8-inch bottom bracket height, and 17.5-inch chainstays in the low setting. When set up with a burly fork like the new FOX 36 that Leov is sporting, it's a very capable ride.
As you can clearly read on the top tube, this one is designated as the Remedy 29 9.8. Will there also be a 9.9? Those Bontrager wheels look pretty fresh, too. We're guessing Trek's secrets will be revealed soon.
