That is former German national champion Simon Maurer's bike.
Santa Cruz V10.7 with fully custom suspension. The damper in the fork is actually a modified unit from a RS Zeb and the shock is a heavily modified RS Superdeluxe. The flight-attendant piggyback reservoir on the shock had to be moved to a different location on the frame, because it would not clear the upper rocker arm in its standard location. The suspension is tuned by Marcus Klausmann (former pro racer turned suspension tuner).
At this point, Simon uses the flight attendant system in manual mode only - to firm up the suspension. Once activated, the system puts lots of preload onto the shim stack, increasing low-speed compression damping. He reckons the system will help him better maintain speed in the bike park sections of the track.
EDIT from former RockShox employee - "Careful- flight attendant does not preload a shim stack. The FA valve changes what flow paths are open based on the setting."
