Why is seat buzz even a thing? If it hits, move it. DH seats aren't for when you ride. They're for resting on. Just move it forward or up or a combo of the two. No buzz.

I agree that if your seat buzzes, it’s in the wrong place. I disagree that a seats on DH bike’s are for when you aren’t riding. Take a look at Loic Bruni’s bike check and World Cup edit for example, he says he likes his seat high and you can see how much he uses it in the footage. Sam Hill has also stated in interviews that he prefers his seat higher for cornering and bike control.

A few of those riders should be thankful for narrow/wide chainrings and some of those rear derailleurs are getting torqued.
