We spoke with a Norco bike engineer and he wasn’t allowed to be very specific about numbers, leverage ratio etc, and said no audio! The unique design features 27.5-inch wheels and there is currently no plans to develop into a production frame.
The linkage plates are CNC’d and swappable with two alternative lengths that change leverage ratio. The idler pulley surround is 3D printed. There were no alloy prototypes, they just went straight to carbon. It is faster for them to create frames that way, and they feel the extra expense is justified.
