The YT MOB is more than just a race team. It's a platform for athlete progression, renowned for developing young talent. Following a successful first Downhill World Cup in 2024 with an 18th place finish in Mont-Sainte-Anne, Kasper Woolley will shift his focus from EDR to DH, joining Oisin O’Callaghan and Vali Höll to race the full World Cup calendar.
“I have always been interested in racing downhill. When I first signed with the YT MOB, the possibility of shifting disciplines was a big reason for my decision. I am so excited that this opportunity came up and that I was in the right position to jump on it. Racing enduro has helped to develop my skills through riding a variety of different trails around the world, so I’m excited to apply my learnings to the world of downhill!” - Kasper Woolley, YT MOB Downhill Athlete
“We’re excited to continue supporting Kasper and allow him to reach his career goal of racing downhill. Being cross-discipline, our MOB Factory program offers our riders unique flexibility and lets us better meet the needs of our athletes. I'm excited to see how Kasper can build on his P18 from last year!" - Gunnar Franke, YT MOB Race Team Manager
