Sendhit Launches V2 Nock Handguards

When we launched the Nock handguards last year, we received an enthusiastic response from enduro pro riders who praised their effectiveness in protecting their hands and levers. High level competition pushes the equipment to the limit and highlights its weaknesses like breakage issues under heavy impacts. Because our ambition is to design the most protective but also the strongest handguards, we decided to redesign. The goal is for the best enduro riders to complete a full season of competition, including the EWS, without any breakage. We have therefore redesigned the interface between the bracket and the shield and the distribution of forces under impact. But we've also brought an unprecedented level of adjustability for perfect integration in the cockpit.

SIMPLICITY & RELIABILITY

Handguards are particularly exposed during crashes, so we have focused on a simple and effective design to ensure their reliability and durability in all conditions:

• The Flip Chip part provides a larger contact area between the fixing leg and the shell for increased rigidity.
• The shield deforms differently according to the impact zone and absorbs energy rather than transferring it to the bracket.
• The 28 mm Nyloc screws securely fix the whole.

NEW FEATURES

The Nock V2 retain the advantages of the previous version such as the impact absorption foam patch, a stealthy design and compact dimensions.
But is also brings new features:

• A quick release for mounting the bracket without removing the grip.
• A Flip Chip component and 2 holes in the shield allow for 4 positions (2 frontal and 2 lateral) for optimal adjustment of the cockpit.
• Integration of the bracket inside the new Shimano levers to fit a short lever guard.
