Pedroni Race bikes

Michele Pedroni, former Italian downhill champion, co-founder and designer of pedroni Race. More than 20 years of experience in designing and building enduro and downhill mtb frames.

Pedroni Race It's a new Italian company with 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing frames for downhill and enduro bikes.

Every part of the design and production process is done in-house, in our factory in Reggio Emilia (Italy).

Production is organized with a cleanroom for carbon lamination and a temperature-controlled room for cutting operations. Separately, a workshop with a numerically controlled machining center (CNC) has been set up for making molds and the parts that will make up the linkage. There is also a department dedicated to trimming, welding, and firing, either by furnace or autoclave.

For the production of a single carbon front triangle, we spend at least 14 hours of labor, without considering the time of painting and assembly. This shows how much we care about quality and attention to detail; we want everything to be perfect.

We love to leave the carbon exposed on our bikes because it helps to understand the passion and attention to detail we put into it. However, we offer the possibility of total customization of painting to each customer.

For the suspension we chose EXTREME SHOX, an excellence made in Italy.

A few months ago we introduced MATE, our enduro bike. Soon we will also introduce our downhill bike and ebike.
