The New Panzer Insert 4

Introducing the new range of PANZER Inserts for this season. A new line of inserts in which we have had the opportunity to develop, thanks to the PIVOT FACTORY TEAM and BUFF Megamo XC TEAM.

New exclusive compound developed by PANZER, new shapes for each of the disciplines, new skin that improves performance and better sensations on the bike.

We are very grateful to all the riders, mechanics and above all to the Team Managers Bernard Kerr and Pau Zamora, for the trust in us and our products.

At PANZER we have been developing inserts since 2016 as a result of the need to protect our wheels rims on the circuits in Malaga (Spain). Since then, we have not stopped looking for new compounds, shapes and improvements in our products.

Thanks to a new production system we have managed to develop a new GEN3C compound, with more complex shapes that have allowed us to increase resistance in areas that need more protection and lighten the weight where it is most needed.

The GEN3C compound has increased the progressive shock absorption of the wheel to reduce vibrations and increase riding comfort.

The new shapes maintain the same concept of 5PSS (5 Point Support System), allow the tire to deform naturally without affecting how the tread touches the ground, thus achieving considerable improvements in fundamental aspects such as grip, traction, and braking.

PANZER 29¨ & 27,5¨ Enduro / E-Bike / DH

When the GEN3C compound is combined with the thorough restyling of our successful PANZER EVO, the result is possibly the most balanced enduro/downhill insert on the market regarding weight/protection ratio.

The reduction of the total volume of the insert by 12%, the firm support of the insert on the rim channel and the perfect fit together, guarantee an apparent increase in wheel protection and the feeling of control over the bike, providing extra stability in demanding riding conditions.

Our new slippery, low-friction skin greatly reduces solid residue from tubeless fluid that is produced on the outer surface of the insert during normal use.

The PANZER change of concept for the XC marathon and XC Olympic disciplines is remarkable, bringing a clear commitment to safety in races and over long routes and extra comfort in riding.

With its very contained volume, the extra reinforcement of the central rib, its ability to sit perfectly on the rim, and the optimized contact band, our PANZER XC not only provides additional protection but also increases the effectiveness of pedalling at low pressures, drastically improving the support of the insert and its ability to offer more than satisfactory pedalling conditions in the event of suffering multiple punctures and total loss of air.

At PANZER we continue to evolve and develop our ideas, thanks to the opportunity that it gives us to test our products in the Downhill World Cup. We are currently working on the development of a specific insert for Downhill and E-Bike.
