MADE IN FRANCE

Always as much as possible Made in France, Madnes Bicycles strives to keep the most of suppliers the nearest to the workshop. Although some of the tubes come from Reynolds in England, the parts making up the frames are machined, cut and welded in the region.

WHY STEEL?

First of all, its resistance to fatigue makes it a material of choice to ensure the longevity of the frame. In addition to the pleasure of enjoying your bike for a long time, this durability allows for an economical and ecological reduction in consumption. Especially since the carbon footprint of steel manufacturing is much lower than that of carbon or aluminum, it is also recyclable. Steel also has unrivaled dynamism, when it is bended it regains its shape more quickly than other materials, which makes the bike very dynamic when pedaling and turning. Weight is maintained thanks to the double butted Reynolds tubes which makes Madnes frames lighter than most aluminum frames in the segment.

VIRTUAL POINT PIVOT & CONCENTRIC SHOCK AXLE

Madnes Bicycles retains the virtual pivot point technology to optimize all suspension parameters to the maximum for optimal pedaling and damping. With complete transparency on the quality of the suspension system, the curves are all visible on the website. The concentric axle between higher linkage, rear triangle and shock brings a clean look and simplicity to the frame.

IGUS BUSHINGS

It is thanks to these bearings that Madnes frames can obtain these clean lines without discontinuities between the different elements. They are also very easy to maintain and inexpensive, with a lifespan of 2 years and a complete bushing kit for the frame at 20€.

A STIFF FRAME

Rigidity is optimized as much as possible with the triangulation formed by straight tubes without bends, the tapered headtube with integrated headset, the hollow folded sheet metal reinforcements and the front triangle / rear triangle connection by double link.
