Available in all common spring rates and for shocks with a stroke of 50 to 75 mm, H&R Bike Performance Springs enable individual adjustment of the shock and bike according to the rider's personal wishes and requirements.

POM spacer system for simple and flexible installation

Thanks to the POM spacer system, the H&R bike spring can be installed in all shocks made by RockShox, FOX, CaneCreek and Öhlins. The enclosed set contains all the necessary POM spacers.

Wide range of spring rates

With a fine gradation in spring rates, H&R Bike Performance Springs offer the perfect choice for all rider weights and riding styles.

Spring rates from 350 to 800 lbs/inch are available for the 65mm stroke springs and from 300 to 600 lbs/inch for the 75mm stroke springs.
