Press Release

Cycles Devinci Launches the New Troy and Troy ST 1

Now in its 5th iteration, the Troy returns with two travel and wheel configurations, made-in-Canada aluminum frames, in-frame storage, and multiple other updates you'd hope to see from a modern trail bike.

Ten years ago, we launched the first Troy. At a time when trail bikes were overshadowed by long-travel enduro rigs, the mid-travel Troy had to punch above its weight class if it was going to stand a chance. Today, we’re proud to release the fifth generation of our flagship mountain bike. It’s our most advanced aluminum frame ever. It’s built to last, by hand, in Canada. And just like every Devinci mountain bike, it’s guaranteed for life.

We’ve completely refined every aspect of it. With more travel, a new aluminum construction, MX and full 29” compatibility, Split Pivot suspension technology, now using Boost 148, and a new short-travel version (ST), the Troy once again steps onto the scene as an unstoppable off-road workhorse.

Focus on Aluminum

By focusing on aluminum builds for the launch of the updated platform, Devinci reaffirms its position as a leader in North American bicycle manufacturing. Our riders wanted aluminum frames with top-tier components, and we delivered. Available now are the Troy GX AXS and the Troy ST GX AXS. Both options emphasize on premium suspension, brakes, drivetrain, and cockpit, creating durable and high-performing packages that won’t let anyone down. More build options will be available in spring 2025.

TROY

The everyday crusher of all trails. This Troy is our most advanced aluminum frame yet. But don’t let its hand smooth welds, streamlined profile, and internal routing fool you. More than ever, Troy is built to shred. It has an updated geometry with size-specific chainstay lengths and comes stock with mixed wheels. It has more travel (150mm), so you’ll be looking for challenges instead of excuses. And its new ‘shed’ storage compartment in the downtube lets you pack all you need, without the need for a pack. Our quiver killer has a new set of instincts. And they’re backed by a lifetime warranty. Take one for a ride and see how far you can push it. You might never come back.
