They deliver the speed you need to launch up hills and the extra grip you want to rocket to the finish line in any conditions, rain or shine.

Block-in-block for the starting block. The new block-in-block design increases grip and stability, with raised knobs inspired by motocross tires. The outer structure supports the inner block for a planted ride feel and stable handling.

Following the success of our T9 rubber in our trail tires, we’re thrilled to share our T5, T7, and T5/T7 combo. T is for Tread compound. The number? It’s all about the damping—more damping means more grip but less speed. T5 and T7 are the perfect balance for the XC rider and here’s why:

T7 is ideal for alpine XC terrain, providing extra grip with minimal added rolling resistance and more damping to absorb vibration and smooth the ride while maintaining speed up and down.
The S-Works exclusive T5/T7 features both compounds in the casing, with T5 in the center for minimum rolling resistance and T7 on the side lugs for a smoother ride and better damping
T5 is the ultimate XC compound, with side lugs built for race-day speed and excellent wear and tear protection.
